Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds

Nutra Science products are ingestible food supplements. Once a product has left our control we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled or transported, and we cannot confirm that a returned pack is unopened, untampered with and safe for anyone else to consume.

For that reason we do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:

  • ordering the wrong product by mistake
  • deciding you no longer want it
  • not achieving the result you hoped for
  • opened, part-used, or packs damaged after delivery

Please check the product, pack size and quantity before completing your order. If you are not sure which product suits you, contact us before ordering — we would much rather help you choose than have you buy the wrong thing.

If something is wrong with your order

The above does not apply when the fault is ours.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • an item arrived damaged, leaking, or with a broken seal
  • you received the wrong product
  • something is missing from your order
  • the product was past its expiry date on arrival

Email info@nutrasciencepharma.com with your order number and photographs of the item and the outer packaging as it arrived. We will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer, and you will not be asked to return anything at your own cost.

Please inspect your order when it arrives rather than weeks later. These claims are much harder to resolve once the packaging has been thrown away.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order does not reach you, contact us. We will trace it with the courier and either resend it or refund you in full.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number. Once a parcel is with the courier it cannot be recalled.

About results

Food supplements are intended to support a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines, and results vary from person to person. A product not producing the outcome you hoped for is not a fault and is not grounds for a refund.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, please speak to your doctor before use.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under Egyptian consumer-protection law.
