These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nutrasciencepharma.com and any order you place through it. By using this website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Nutra Science ("Nutra Science", "we", "us", "our"), a supplier of food supplements in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order with us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the details you have given us are accurate and complete.
Our products are not suitable for children. Please follow the age guidance printed on each pack.
3. Our products
Everything we sell is a food supplement. Food supplements are intended to support a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines, and nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment for any medical condition.
Results vary from person to person and depend on diet, activity and individual circumstances. We do not promise any particular outcome, and a product not producing the result you hoped for is not a defect.
Before using any supplement, please read the label in full and speak to your doctor or a qualified nutritionist if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or are giving the product to someone in any of those situations.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients and pack sizes. Packaging is updated from time to time by the manufacturer, so minor differences between a product photograph and the pack you receive are not a defect. Colours may also appear differently between screens. Always read the label on the product you have received rather than relying on the website.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable value added tax.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. Where a product shows a higher struck-through price, that is the price the items would cost bought separately or the price previously offered. Promotional prices apply only while the promotion runs and may end without notice.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.
Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price. Where the error is obvious and significant, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you before doing so.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, not when you place it and not when payment is taken.
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, we cannot verify the details you have given us, payment is not completed, we suspect fraud, or the order appears to be for commercial resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. We do not ship internationally.
Delivery times quoted on the website are estimates provided by our courier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, but we will help you trace a delayed parcel.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect.
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. A wrong or unreachable phone number is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Because our products are ingestible food supplements, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Full details, including what happens when an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, and how to cancel an order before dispatch, are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.
9. Our content
All content on this website, including text, product photography, artwork, logos, page layout and the Nutra Science name and branding, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of our content commercially without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, not to introduce malicious code, not to scrape it or run automated tools against it, not to post false or misleading reviews, and not to present yourself as us or as connected to us.
11. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or other material, you confirm that it is your own and you grant us permission to publish it on this website and on our social media channels alongside your name or handle. We may edit submissions for length, and we may remove anything misleading, offensive, unlawful or fake.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product otherwise than in accordance with its label and our instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law are not affected.
13. Third-party links
This website may link to other websites, including social media platforms and courier tracking services. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, and failures of transport, utilities or telecommunications networks.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of any order placed through this website are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Giza have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. If we do not enforce a right immediately, that is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
These Terms, together with our Refund and Return Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website.
